Our term so far….
It’s been an AMAZING start to the spring term and we are only half way through it!
The competition team performed fantastically, bringing home 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals for the LL Dance team.
The team’s next competition is in March…we wish you lots of luck!!
Our little ‘Dinky Divas’ street team performed at their first street competition and gained 2nd place medals! Can’t wait to see you all perform in the next street competition! Well done to you all. More exciting performances to come!!
The Musical Theatre classes are working very hard each week for their show ‘HAIRSPRAY’ in 2018! The classes focus on scripts, songs and routines and they’re doing brilliantly! Keep up the fabulous work guys!!
The troupe performed amazingly at the O2 in December. I had nothing but positive feedback and well done to you all!! Seeing you all perform makes me very happy, and looking forward to planning more for this year! We are already filling our diaries up for 2018 and we are only in February!!!

Welcome New Students!
A WARM WELCOME to all the parents and children that have joined us this month… It is wonderful seeing the school growing so quickly!
If you know anyone that has a child who may like to try some classes for FREE. Please ask them to get in touch!!
Costumes:
I understand this may seem very early, but i don’t want everyone to stress about the cost of show costumes. Everyone will be getting a letter regarding a small deposit for their required costumes. Once the costumes come in then, we will let you know the outstanding balance. Please note: These costumes will be yours to keep!
AUTUMN TERM DATES:-

The timetable is working well at the moment, but I feel I may amend one or two classes for next term. Keep an eye on Facebook and Instagram for this, as well as the front desk for hard copies in a few weeks time!
Our first Saturday back after Easter will be 14th April 2018. Our first Tuesday will be 17th April 2018. We are now starting to rehearse for our show, so please try to attend as many of your classes as possible.
‘New Beginnings’ will be on July 15th @ The Thameside Theatre, Grays, Essex.
There will be two shows, a matinee performance at 2pm and an evening performance at 7pm.
Keep an eye out for when the tickets will go on sale. More details will follow soon!
(Dress/Tech rehearsal at the theatre will be on the evening of the 11th July from 4pm)
UNIFORM:-
We now have order forms for you to buy uniform. These can be found at the front desk. I understand some people would like to get their names on their existing t-shirts. This can also be done via the order forms.
Leotards can be bought or ordered directly from the front desk. If you require additional uniform, such as
tights or shoes, please just let me know and I can either order them or provide details for suppliers.
Ballet classes:
I’ll be looking around at the uniform worn in all the classes soon, particularly in ballet. Iwould like to see everyone, by the end ofthis term, wearing leotards and correct footwear in their ballet lessons. This is good
preparation for the show. Hair needs to be up and off your face.
Fees:
Invoices have now been distributed for next term and I appreciate your prompt payment.
